Please do not walk on or place furniture, planters etc. on any part of the patio or walkway. Allow 48 hours for the polymeric sand (poly-sand) to cure properly. Clean your pavers! Over time, they will accumulate a little bit of grime from dust, pollen, foot traffic, leaves and grass clippings, you name it. A backpack blower or other leaf blower can quickly dust off a surface and keep it cleaner longer.
Newly seeded/sod areas must be watered for a minimum of 10 days 2 times per day, up to 1” of water per day. How to judge water amount? Place a tuna can or similar in the area, water until full.

Leave it to a professional! Power washing should be done with care. You can etch the surface of the pavers easily with too much power or the wrong nozzle.
We recommend a "soft wash" one year after installation, to give the surface a gentle clean, then a "hard wash" within the next 4 years from installation date, which will remove the poly-sand in the joints, any surface grim and debris. We will then come back in and re-poly and seal the patio to guarantee longevity.
The main benefit to sealing pavers is to prevent the surface erosion that takes place over the years from rain and the elements. All concrete, will erode over time. We recommend this service every 2-3 years.
Properly installed poly sand will not fail and should last for a minimum of 4 years.
